INTER-SCHOOLS
PENNY PINCHING CHALLENGE
Our Inter-schools Penny Pinching Challenge is
an annual event that takes place every September for
a
period of six weeks. We invite all nursery, primary
and secondary schools within the valley to participate.
All we ask is that the schools distribute our small
Penny Pinching boxes to their pupils, and over the
six week period the children return the boxes to the
school. At the end of the challenge period the hospice
collects the returned boxes and our volunteers count
the monies received. The winning nursery, primary and
secondary schools will each be presented with a shield
and all participating schools will receive a certificate.
